About
Built for one industry, on purpose.
ClaimCore is claims software for UK accident management. Not a general workflow tool with claims vocabulary added, and not a legal practice management system adapted to fit.
Why it exists
A non-fault motor claim touches around nine organisations and runs for two to three months. Money accrues daily on two or three streams at once, and whether the firm gets paid depends on evidence gathered at particular moments that cannot be recreated later.
Most UK firms doing that work run it on a shared mailbox, a spreadsheet of who has which courtesy car, and a folder of scanned PDFs. The software they can buy instead is either two decades old and needs a specialist to change anything, or it is a horizontal workflow engine that has never heard of a basic hire rate.
ClaimCore exists because the third option should exist.
How it is built
The firm configures it, not us
Stages, rates, SLAs, document wording and automation rules are edited by an administrator in a screen. A platform that needs a consultant to change is a platform that stops fitting your process the year after you buy it.
Assume developers make mistakes
Tenant separation is enforced by PostgreSQL rather than by remembering to filter every query. The second layer exists because the first one will be forgotten once, and that once is somebody’s medical history.
Evidence over assertion
Performance is measured at 100,000 claims under production conditions and reproducible in about four minutes. A restore is rehearsed rather than documented. We would rather show you than tell you.
Say what is not built
Guided vehicle inspections are in development and AI is not started. Neither appears on a price list or in a demonstration, and this site names them rather than leaving them off.
Where it is going
The nearest thing to a plan: guided vehicle inspections, so an engineer captures evidence on a phone and the report is built from what was photographed. Then communications beyond email. Then AI — grounded, cited, and asking before it writes anything, because in a domain this heavily litigated a confident paraphrase of case law is a liability the customer carries.
Product updates are published as things ship, rather than described in advance. Read what has shipped.
What this page does not say
There are no customer numbers, testimonials, case studies, awards, certifications or partnerships anywhere on this website, because ClaimCore has none of them yet. There is no staff count, no office address and no founding date, because inventing those is the easiest thing in the world and the first thing a procurement team checks.
What there is instead: a product you can be shown end to end against one of your own claims, a price you can read without taking a call, and a security page that lists what we do not have.
The fastest way to judge it is to watch it run a real claim.
