Modules
Core is the product. The modules are depth.
A firm that buys nothing beyond Core can run a claim from first notification through to closure. No module is a piece cut out of it — each adds depth to a particular kind of work, and most firms need one or two.

That is a complete claims system. If none of the six below describes your operation, you are not missing anything — you are simply not a credit hire firm or running your own fleet.
The six
Credit Hire Pro
GTA groups, effective-dated rate tables, and the evidence recovery turns on.
Firms recovering hire charges from the other side.
Fleet Pro
MOT, tax and servicing chased before they fall due; utilisation measured two ways.
Firms running their own replacement vehicles.
Finance Pro
Receipts allocated to invoices, part payments with real figures, aged debt, write-off.
Firms whose aged debt is real money.
Portals
Logins for claimants, referral partners, engineers, repairers and solicitors.
Firms with partners to keep or chasing to stop.
Analytics Pro
Where claims stall, cohort outcomes, and every figure against the last period.
Firms with somebody who asks why the pipeline moved.
API & Integration
A versioned REST API scoped by keys you issue, and signed webhooks.
Firms with other systems that need the data.
Common questions
Do I have to buy modules to make ClaimCore useful?
No. Core runs a claim end to end on its own — intake, liability, hire, storage, recovery, engineering, repairs, documents, e-signature, tasks, automation, invoicing, packs and settlement. The modules add depth for particular kinds of work rather than the ability to work at all.
Which modules are included in which tier?
Professional includes Analytics Pro, Portals and Finance Pro. Enterprise includes all six. On Core, modules are added individually. Your written proposal states exactly what you are buying.
Can I add a module later?
Yes, at any point in your term, priced pro-rata to your renewal date. Nothing needs reconfiguring — a module switches on for your firm and the screens appear.
Is workflow automation a module?
No, it is part of Core. It replaced automatic stage moves that every firm already relied on, and putting working behaviour behind a paywall is the one thing we will not do.
What about AI?
Not built, not sold, and not on any price list. When it exists it will show its source and ask before it writes anything, and it will be priced then. It will not be used to close a sale before it is real.
Bring a claim type and we will show you which of these you actually need.
Most firms need Core and one module. We would rather tell you that in the first conversation than sell you six.
