ClaimCore

Privacy notice

Incomplete. ClaimCore is not yet an incorporated entity, so the data controller, registered address and ICO registration number below are outstanding. Rather than publish placeholder text that reads as though it were settled, those sections are marked and this page is excluded from search indexes until they are filled in.

Who we are

The data controller for this website is to be confirmed on incorporation.

What this website collects

Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, business, work email, and optionally your phone number, approximate user numbers, approximate monthly claim volume, what system you use today, which parts of ClaimCore interest you, and any message you add. We also record the page that referred you, so we know which part of the site was useful.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. If you choose to book a slot through the embedded calendar, that booking is handled by Calendly under their own privacy terms.

Why we hold it, and for how long

To arrange and prepare your demo and to follow up about it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to a business enquiry you made. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share the data.

Demo requests are kept while a conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Data held inside the ClaimCore application

Separately from this website, ClaimCore processes claims data on behalf of its customers. In that relationship the customer is the data controller and ClaimCore is the processor, governed by a data processing agreement rather than by this notice.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
