About ClaimCore
What is ClaimCore?
Claims management software for UK organisations that run motor claims as an operation — accident management companies, credit hire operators, claims management companies, vehicle replacement providers, engineering and repair networks. One system holds the claim, the client, the vehicle, the hire, the storage, the recovery, the engineering, the repairs, the documents, the correspondence and the money.
Who is it for?
Firms of roughly five to two hundred and fifty people whose work is motor claims. It is not a legal practice management system — if you need legal accounts or cost drafting, ClaimCore does not cover that ground.
Is ClaimCore an accident management company?
No. ClaimCore sells software to the businesses that handle motor claims. It does not handle claims, arrange replacement vehicles or provide services to the public.
How is it different from a general workflow tool?
The data model. A generic system can record that a hire happened; it cannot express a GTA rate schedule with effective dates, a basic hire rate comparable captured at deployment, or a delay reason code — because it was never built to. Those are what decide whether a credit hire charge is recovered.
Buying it
How is ClaimCore priced?
Core starts at £499 a month including five users; Professional at £1,450 including fifteen. Enterprise is quoted. Additional users are charged monthly above the included band, at a rate stated in your written proposal.
Do you charge per claim?
No. Nothing is metered — no per-claim, per-document or per-email charge at any tier. Unlimited claims. Your bill does not rise because you had a busy month.
What is the contract length?
Twelve months on Core and Professional, twenty-four on Enterprise. Deliberately shorter than the thirty-six-month terms common in this market.
Is there a free trial?
No, and we would rather explain why than pretend. A claims system is only useful once it holds your pipeline, your rates and your document wording — a trial with none of those tells you nothing. A demonstration against one of your own claim types is more informative and takes forty-five minutes.
Running it
Can we migrate our existing claims?
Yes, and it is included at every tier. Map your columns, validate every row, rehearse the whole import without changing anything, review the output, then commit. Your old system keeps running until you are satisfied.
Can we configure our own workflows?
Yes, by your own administrator, in a screen. Seventeen things that happen on a claim can each trigger a rule that moves a stage, raises a task, assigns a team or adds a note — now or after a delay you set.
Can it support multiple branches?
Yes. Teams and branches, with claim visibility as an axis separate from role — so a handler can have full capability on their own caseload and no access to the rest.
Can we integrate our email?
Microsoft 365. Claim correspondence is handled inside the claim, and a solicitor emailing documents with your reference in the subject has them filed against that claim automatically.
Does ClaimCore handle credit hire?
Credit Hire Pro covers GTA vehicle groups, effective-dated rate tables, basic hire rate comparables, need and impecuniosity captured at the point of hire, delay reason codes, and a check that names the evidence still missing while there is time to obtain it.
Does it do engineering?
Instruction, report, valuation, total loss and salvage category, with engineers working through their own scoped login. Guided vehicle inspections on a phone are in development and not available.
Security and data
How is our data protected?
Separation between firms is enforced by PostgreSQL itself rather than by the application remembering to filter, on 72 tables, with the application connecting as a role that cannot bypass it. Plus MFA, five roles across 49 permissions, ownership checks on every document download, and an audit log recording before-and-after values.
Where is our data held?
UK and EU regions — application, database and document storage.
What certifications do you hold?
None. No ISO 27001, no Cyber Essentials, no SOC 2, and no third-party penetration test. The controls are real and tested; the certificates are not held, and we would rather tell you now than have you find out in procurement.
Can ClaimCore staff see our data?
Only through a support session that requires a stated reason, is time-limited, and records every action taken inside it. A staff session carries no organisation at all by design.
What happens if we leave?
Your data is yours. A full export is available on request, and the retention and erasure tooling is in the product rather than a support ticket.
See it against one of your real claims.
Thirty minutes, no slides. Bring a live file and we will run it through the system end to end.
