Integrations
Six that work today, and a list of what does not exist yet.
Rather than a wall of logos where the shipped connectors and the intentions look identical.
Available now
Microsoft 365
Connect your firm's mailbox so claim correspondence is handled inside the claim file. A solicitor emails documents with your reference in the subject and the attachments land on the claim — nobody drags anything into a folder.
Reads run under each agent's own Microsoft permissions, so Exchange stays the authority on who can see which mailbox. ClaimCore cannot read a mailbox its user could not.
More →Microsoft Entra ID
Single sign-on, so your people sign in with their existing work accounts and leaving the company removes their access to ClaimCore at the same time it removes everything else.
Tenant-bound, so a directory user cannot land in the wrong firm.
REST API
Read and write claims, clients, vehicles, hire, documents and notifications of loss from your own systems — a referral feed, a bodyshop system, a reporting warehouse.
Versioned, scoped to your firm, with keys you issue and revoke yourself and thirteen permissions to choose from.
More →Outbound webhooks
Your systems react to what happens in ClaimCore rather than polling for it.
Signed over the payload and its timestamp so you can prove a message came from us and was not replayed, with retries and a delivery log you can read.
More →Accounting export
The full claim ledger as a file your bookkeeper imports into Xero, Sage or anything else that reads CSV.
Deliberately an export rather than a live integration. An integration has to be maintained by both sides and breaks when either changes; a file does not.
More →Address lookup
Postcode lookup on the intake form and on client records, so an address is entered once and correctly.
Authenticated and rate-limited, because it calls a metered third-party service.
Not built
There is no SMS integration, no WhatsApp, no telephony and no live accounting connector. There is no insurer portal integration and no DVLA or MID lookup. If you saw any of those on a competitor’s logo wall and assumed we had them too, we do not.
Several are planned and none is committed to a date. What exists instead is the API, which is how a firm that needs one of these today usually solves it — and we will tell you honestly whether that is a reasonable answer for your case or not.
On the word partner
ClaimCore integrates with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID using their published interfaces. That is not a partnership, and this site does not describe it as one — we hold no partner status with Microsoft or with anybody else, and no third party has endorsed this product.
Where you see a technology named on this site, it means we use it or connect to it. Nothing more is implied, because anything more would be checkable.
Tell us what you need to connect to.
If the API covers it we will show you how. If it does not, we will say so.
